  • Real Estate

    Our firm represents Buyers and Sellers to make a real estate transaction come together in a manner that is fair and amenable to both sides. We take over after the selling price and terms have been established by the realtors in the contract and all parties have signed. Our responsibility is to review the contract itself, negotiate repairs based on the home inspection report, and collaborate with the title company. We are also present at settlement or “closing” along with your realtor and possibly your lending agent to make sure you are protected.

    Our firm has also represented owners, developers, lenders and investors in connection with commercial, industrial, retail and residential projects. Our firm advises on matters of: entity structuring, including preferred equity, pari passu joint ventures and limited liability company organization, capital formation, including equity syndication; development, including entitlement, covenants conditions, easements and restrictions; leasing; debt financing; purchase and sale; and reorganization.
